I built Operational Calm because I lived without it first. Managing furnished room rentals alongside full-time professional responsibilities made one thing clear: smooth operations do not happen by accident. They happen because the right structure is in place before the first tenant moves in.
The friction I experienced was not unique to my situation. It shows up for property owners at every stage, whether they are setting up their first room or trying to bring order to something that has already gotten complicated.
